Delivery Information
Úrma Sports offer a range of in stock products, but we also offer customised products such as clothing, sliotars and promotional/fundraising items.
Customised products can take up to 8 weeks for production, and actual delivery date will be confirmed when the order for the customised product is placed.
For all Urma Sports branded stock items orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days. Other brands will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
- Orders are dispatched using An Post Priority Courier service.
- Price for delivery is dependant on Weight and Size of package.
- Delivery Rate A and Delivery Rate B is normal standard post without tracking if you wish to upgrade this you can email us at info@urmasports.ie.
All packages sent by Delivery Rate C, D and E will receive email upon dispatch with tracking details.
We don't make any money on delivery, the delivery charges are done at cost price

• UK: 3 to 5 working days
• Europe: 5 to 7 working days
• Australia: 8 to 10 working days
• USA: 7 to 9 working days
• Rest of World: 8 to 10 working days

Pick Up from Store
When checking out of our shop we will always give you the option to pick your order up from our showrooms, these are located at Unit 41, Johnstown Business Park, Waterford.
For all Urma Sports branded stock items orders please allow 24 hours for the order to be put together for other brands please allow 3-5 working days as these might need to be got from a central warehouse, if you give a contact number in the Add Comments about your order section on checkout we will contact you as soon as your order is ready. Our shop opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and on Saturday (by appointment) from 10am to 5pm.
If you do not receive your order within the delivery times above, please contact Eric O’Brien 051-311777 (+353 51 311777) ericobrien@urmasports.ie, and we will take immediate action in order to resolve the issue regarding your delivery.
